As you may have noticed, things look a bit different from usual. That's because I'm testing out Nova, the new React version of Telescope.

Hi,

After running Nova successfully with meteor command, I try to run Nova on docker like I did with Telescope Legacy. But I failed TO RUN Nova ON Docker.

My docker file: Dockerfile contain the following line and the image was build successfully

FROM kadirahq/meteord:onbuild

.After I build successfully the docker image adalidda/nova, I run it with the following command (the same that I run successfully with Telescope Legacy):

docker run --restart=always -d --name nova \

-e ROOT_URL=https://nova.adalidda.net \

-e MONGO_URL=mongodb://user:password@IP:PORT/NOVA?authSource=admin \

-e MONGO_OPLOG_URL=mongodb://user:password@IP:PORT/local?authSource=admin \

-p 8070:80 \

adalidda/nova

Then I got the following ERROR:

assert.js:93

throw new assert.AssertionError({

    ^

AssertionError: "undefined" === "function"

WHAT I DID WRONG ?

Please help.

Thank You Kosona

I can now deploy Telescope Nova to DigitalOcean using the latest version of Mup.

I didn't put Nova in production yet, just in testing phase. But from what I saw and read about Telescope Nova on https://github.com/TelescopeJS/Telescope , I think that Telescope is moving in the right direction and the change is really awesome. Excellent work and all my congratulation to Telescope Nova's Team and Sacha.

Hi Sacha - the one click heroku deploy is crashing (and I'm not able to deploy it on digitalocean either)Here's the error from heroku

The one-click deploy deploys the old Telescope, not Nova. If it doesn't work I would suggest trying a different deployment method.

Where can the old Telescope support questions be posted to?

Sorry, I was actually referring to the old Telescope not working via one click deploy (nothing to do with nova) should I start a separate thread for it?

I would just suggest using a different deploy method. I don't know if there's much I can do about the Heroku thing if it's not working, sorry :(

Thanks! the problem is I'm not able to deploy it directly via the instructions on option 2 (not git) http://docs.telescopeapp.org/docs/installing-telescope either :/ I tried both on my computer & on an ubuntu server on digitalocean & the application crashes every time.
